1. Introduction

This Warranty Policy describes the coverage provided for the products sold by Majestic Boards ("we", "us", "our") through our online store at majesticboards.com ("Store").

2. Warranty Coverage

We offer a two-year warranty on all our electric skateboards from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

3. What is Covered?

  • Defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Battery defects (failure, capacity issues) within the warranty period.
  • Motor and electronic component failures within the warranty period.

Battery Performance : It is considered normal for the battery to experience up to a 15% loss in capacity per year over the first two years. This natural degradation is not covered under warranty.

4. What is Not Covered?

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
  • Normal wear and tear, including wear on wheels and bearings.
  • Modifications or alterations made to the product.
  • Damage caused by water exposure beyond specified limits.
  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance or storage.
  • Consumable parts such as grip tape or cosmetic damage.

Moisture and Dust Protection: Our electric skateboards are designed to withstand damage from dust and rain under ordinary use. However, this protection does not cover incidents resulting from prolonged use in wet conditions. Damages caused by excessive water exposure or abusive use in the rain will not be covered by the warranty. We recommend avoiding riding in heavy rain and thoroughly drying the skateboard after any water exposure.

5. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at shop@majesticboards.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
  • Our team will review your claim and may request additional information.
  • If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective product or part.

6. Repairs and Replacements

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, we will, at our discretion, either repair the product, replace the product with a new or refurbished product, or refund the purchase price. The decision to repair or replace the product will be made by Majestic Boards.

Any repaired or replaced product will be covered by the original warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

7. Shipping Costs

During the warranty period, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you. However, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective product to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Majestic Boards shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if Majestic Boards has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
