1. Introduction
This Warranty Policy describes the coverage provided for products sold through the online store majesticboards.com ("Store").
The products are manufactured and warranted by Dongguan RuiLing Tech Co., Ltd ("Manufacturer").
Majestic Boards operates the Store and coordinates warranty services on behalf of the Manufacturer.
2. Warranty Coverage
The Manufacturer offers a one-year or two-year limited warranty on electric skateboards, depending on the warranty option selected at the time of purchase.
The warranty begins on the date of delivery and covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
3. What is Covered?

Defects in materials and manufacturing

Battery-related issues (e.g., failure or capacity loss beyond normal degradation)

Motor and electronic component failures

Controller/ESC malfunction
Battery Performance Note:
It is considered normal for lithium batteries to lose up to 15% of capacity per year during the first two years. Such natural degradation is not covered under warranty.
4. What is Not Covered?

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect

Normal wear and tear (e.g., wheels, bearings, grip tape)

Modifications or unauthorized repairs

Damage due to water exposure beyond the stated design limits

Improper storage, charging, or maintenance

Cosmetic issues or damage from regular use
Moisture and Dust Protection Disclaimer:
Our electric skateboards are resistant to dust and light rain in ordinary use. However, riding in heavy rain or through standing water can lead to damage not covered by warranty.
Always dry the board thoroughly after contact with moisture.
5. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim:

Our team will assess the issue and may request further information

If approved, we will provide instructions for return, repair, or replacement
Majestic Boards facilitates warranty coordination on behalf of the Manufacturer, but does not assume responsibility for final warranty decisions.
6. Repairs and Replacements
If a product is found to be defective under this warranty, the Manufacturer (via Majestic Boards) may:

Repair the defective component

Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent

Issue a refund (in exceptional cases)
Any repaired or replaced item will retain the original warranty coverage period, or be covered for an additional 90 days — whichever is longer.
7. Shipping Costs
During the warranty period:

Return shipping to the service center is the responsibility of the Customer

Shipping of repaired or replaced items back to the Customer is covered by the Manufacturer (via Majestic Boards)
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dongguan RuiLing Tech Co., Ltd and Majestic Boards shall not be liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages

Lost profits or revenue

Losses resulting from product misuse or breach of warranty
Even if such damages were foreseeable.
9. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by Polish courts.
