- Express Delivery: Available in select locations, with delivery times ranging from 2 to 5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Exception for pre-orders: For pre-order products, delivery times may vary depending on the product availability date. Orders will be shipped as soon as the products are in stock. Additional processing time may apply. Customers will be notified by email of the estimated delivery dates specific to pre-orders.
Unforeseen Events and Force Majeure: The delivery times provided are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, Majestic Boards cannot be held responsible for delivery delays.
Ownership of Goods: Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once the shipment is made. Majestic Boards cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after this stage.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Incomplete or Incorrect Information: Please ensure that the provided delivery information is complete and accurate. Majestic Boards cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Modification and Cancellation: We reserve the right to modify or cancel orders in case of limited availability or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations and will have the option to receive a full refund.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Majestic Boards is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
8. Damages
Majestic Boards is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
