Szymon - Founder, CEO
Szymon is the founder of Majestic Boards as well as a snowboard instructor and a yacht skipper. As a passionate enthusiast of board sports and technology, Szymon personally tests all board prototypes and innovative solutions. He oversees production processes in the company and is always eager to arrange test rides with clients, offering technical assistance.
Ula - Co-Founder, CRO
Ula, co-founder of Majestic Boards, is a snowboard instructor and an avid Majestic rider. She embraces the challenges of a growing company and excels at organizing trade shows, where she passionately showcases electric skateboards. Her psychological skills allow her to provide mental support to the team during tough times, and her interpersonal skills make her excellent at engaging with people.
William - COO
With a decade of experience in the electric skateboard industry, William has already elevated a brand to the highest level in France and beyond, establishing innovative marketing methods with a human-centered approach. His expertise in implementing successful processes and continuous improvement is unparalleled, and he excels in developing cross-functional concepts that drive business to new heights. His dedication and passion are evident in every aspect of his work, whether it's supporting his team or managing ambitious projects. With a client-focused approach and a proven ability to turn visions into reality, William is a key pillar of Majestic Boards and a driving force behind the company’s success. He is always ready to help and support in any situation, ensuring that Szymon stays sane and out of the psychiatric ward.
Jarosław - CFO
Jarosław, known as the Majestic Business Angel, provides financial support and business advice for the project. He specializes in the dynamic development of e-commerce, putting passion and dedication into his efforts.
Kacper - Engineer and rider
Kacper, a talented engineer who specializes in designing components for electric longboards. He's passionate about all kinds of board sports, with longboarding and kitesurfing at the forefront. It allows him to introduce new ideas and test new solutions, and he knows every cubic millimeter of the board. He's the one who most often appears on Majestic Boards on social media. In his own words: “Majestic Boards is an amazing place to gain experience and make your passions come to life.”
Piotr - Production Engineer
Piotr is a metalworking enthusiast and production engineer at Majestic Boards. He possesses not only extensive theoretical knowledge but is also a hands-on practitioner. He oversees the production of electric longboards, performing tasks such as welding, turning, milling, threading, drilling, soldering, CNC programming, and designing. His work is characterized by exceptional precision.
Basia - Graphic Designer
Basia is the creative force behind Majestic Boards' visual identity. With a keen eye for detail and design expertise, she crafts stunning graphics and intuitive user interfaces. Her work seamlessly aligns with the company's brand and vision. Passionate about design, Basia collaborates closely with the marketing and development teams. Outside of work, she dedicates her time to designing graphics featuring people, further honing her skills and creativity. Her dedication and artistic talent make her an invaluable asset to the Majestic Boards team.
Waldek - CNC Operator
Waldek is the skilled CNC Operator at Majestic Boards, specializing in the production of longboard decks. With precision and expertise, he oversees the entire manufacturing process, from shaping the decks to their final sanding and lacquering. Waldek's attention to detail ensures that each longboard deck meets the highest standards of quality and performance. Formerly an officer in the fire brigade, Waldek brings discipline and commitment to his role. In his free time, he plays bass guitar in a rock band, blending his technical skills with creative passion.
