1. Introduction

This Return Policy applies to products sold by Dongguan RuiLing Tech Co., Ltd through the online store available at majesticboards.com ("Store").
The Store is operated by Majestic Boards, which provides customer service, coordinates returns, and manages post-sale and warranty-related processes on behalf of the manufacturer and seller.

 

 

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the 14-day period expires.

 

 

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever comes first.

  • Refund Conditions: Refunds are issued after the returned products have been inspected and confirmed to meet return conditions.

  • Refund Process: Refunds may take up to 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.

 

 

5. Return of Goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires.

  • Return Address: The return address will be provided in response to your withdrawal notice. Please do not return products to any other address unless explicitly confirmed.

  • Return Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

  • Proof of Return: You must provide proof of shipment. If the return is lost and you cannot prove it was sent, we cannot issue a refund.

  • Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging. Used, damaged, or incomplete products will not be accepted.

  • Return Inspection: Returned goods are subject to inspection. Restocking fees may apply for items not returned in original condition.

  • Product Condition: Returned items must be in a resalable state. Refunds will not be issued for used or damaged goods.

 

 

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Majestic Boards reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the terms of this Return Policy.

 

 

8. Ownership of Products

Ownership of the products transfers to the customer at the time of shipment. Majestic Boards is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused after dispatch.
