1. Introduction

This Return Policy applies to products purchased from Majestic Boards ("we", "us", "our") through our online store at majesticboards.com ("Store").

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day they receive the product.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement sent to:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Refund Conditions: Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned products and confirmation that they meet the return conditions.

Refund Process: The refund may take some time (for example, "refunds may take up to 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned products").

5. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address provided, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Proof of Return: Customers must provide proof of the shipment of the returned products. If the product is lost during the return without proof of shipment, Majestic Boards cannot be held responsible.

Return Conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition, with all accessories and original packaging. Used or damaged products will not be accepted.

Return Fees: In case of return due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return costs.

Return Inspection: Returned products will undergo inspection. If the product is not in its original condition, restocking fees may apply.

Product Condition: Returned products must be in a resalable condition. Any damaged or used product will not be refunded.

Return Address: Returns will be sent to the address specified in the withdrawal communication and not to any other address.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

Disclaimer Clause: Majestic Boards reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated in this policy.

Ownership of Products: Ownership of the products returns to the customer once shipped. Majestic Boards is not responsible for any losses or damages after this stage.
