1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("TCS") govern the sale of products by Majestic Boards ("we", "us", "our") to consumers through our online store accessible at majesticboards.com ("Shop").

1.2 By placing an order through our Shop, you agree to be bound by these TCS. If you do not agree with any part of these TCS, please do not place an order.

2. Definitions

2.1 "Customer" refers to any individual or entity who purchases products from our Shop.

2.2 "Products" refer to the skateboards and related accessories available for sale on our Shop.

2.3 "Order" refers to a purchase request submitted by the Customer through our Shop.

3. Order Process

3.1 To place an Order, the Customer must select the desired Products and follow the prompts to provide necessary information, including payment details.

3.2 All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any Order at our discretion.

3.3 Upon acceptance of an Order, we will send a confirmation email to the Customer.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to an Order will be the price indicated at the time of purchase.

4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the Order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Shop.

5. Delivery

5.1 We deliver to addresses within the European Union. Delivery times and charges are specified during the checkout process.

5.2 We will make every effort to deliver the Products within the estimated delivery times. However, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors.

5.3 The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

6.1 Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.

6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform us of their decision by email at shop@majesticboards.com

6.3 The Customer must return the Products in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of informing us of the withdrawal. The Customer bears the cost of returning the Products.

6.4 We will refund the purchase price, including initial delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned Products.

7. Warranty and Liability

7.1 Our Products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

7.2 The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7.3 In the event of a defective Product, the Customer should contact us at shop@majesticboards.com. We will repair or replace the Product at our discretion.

7.4 Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8.2 By placing an Order, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These TCS are governed by the laws of Poland.

9.2 Any disputes arising from these TCS or the sale of Products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
