1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Use ("TCU") govern the use of the Majestic Boards online store accessible at majesticboards.com ("Store").
1.2 The Store is operated by Majestic Boards, which provides technical infrastructure, customer service, and support on behalf of the product manufacturer and seller.
1.3 The seller of goods available in the Store is Dongguan RuiLing Tech Co., Ltd, Room 602, Building 1, No.37 Xianghe Road, Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China.
1.4 By using the Store, you agree to comply with these TCU. If you do not agree with any part of these TCU, please do not use the Store.

 


 

2. Glossary of Definitions

2.1 "Electronic Mail Address" means a designation of the ICT System that allows communication by electronic means.
2.2 "Personal Data" refers to all information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person processed by the Service Provider to provide Services specified in these TCU, conclude and perform a sales contract, and for statistical purposes.
2.3 "Registration Form" means a form filled out by the Registrant to set up a Client Account.
2.4 "Customer" means any individual or entity using the Online Store.
2.5 "Consumer" means a natural person purchasing the Goods for a purpose unrelated to professional or business activity.
2.6 "Customer Account" means a login assigned to the Customer (email address) and a password chosen by the Customer, which allows the Customer to make orders, view order history, subscribe to the Newsletter, and change given data.
2.7 "Login" means the email address entered by the Customer during account creation, allowing for later identification when using the online store.
2.8 "Newsletter" means a service provided by Majestic Boards, consisting of cyclically sending information, including commercial information, to the email address or phone number indicated by the Customer.
2.9 "Regulations" refers to these Regulations of the online store.
2.10 "RODO" refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
2.11 "Store" or "Online Store" means an online platform for the sale of Goods under the terms of these Regulations, operating at majesticboards.com.
2.12 "Seller" refers to Dongguan RuiLing Tech Co., Ltd, Room 602, Building 1, No.37 Xianghe Road, Dalang Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, which is the product manufacturer and recipient of the payment.
2.13 "ICT System" means a set of cooperating IT devices and software ensuring processing and storage, as well as sending and receiving data via telecommunication networks.
2.14 "Means of Electronic Communication" means technical solutions, including ICT devices and cooperating software tools, allowing individual communication at a distance using data transmission.
2.15 "Goods" refers to products that can be purchased through the Store.
2.16 "Personalized Goods" refers to Goods available in the Store with the possibility of individual imprinting on the Customer's order.
2.17 "Contract" means a contract for the provision of electronic services between the Service Provider and the Client.
2.18 "Sales Contract" means a sales contract within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the Seller and the Customer.
2.19 "Services" refers to services provided by the Service Provider to the Customer through the Store.
2.20 "Service Provider" refers to Majestic Boards, W. Jagiełły 3, 98-200 Sieradz, Poland, which manages the website, provides customer service, and coordinates delivery and warranty support on behalf of the Seller.
2.21 "UŚUDE" means "act on Provision of Services by Electronic". It refers to the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of services by electronic means.
2.22 "Order" refers to a Service that allows customers to place an order for the purchase of Goods through the online store.

 


 

3. Services Provided by Electronic Means

3.1 The Service Provider provides the following Services electronically through the Store:

  • Customer Account

  • Order

  • Basket

  • Newsletter

3.2 The use of the Store Services is free of charge.
3.3 To set up a Customer Account in the Store (registration), the Customer must provide Personal Data marked as mandatory, choose a password, accept the TCU, and click the "Register" button.
3.4 Logging into the Customer's Account in the Store is done using the Electronic Mail Address provided during registration and a unique password.
3.5 The Contract is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation of proper registration in the Store, sent by the Service Provider to the email address provided by the Customer.
3.6 The Customer may delete their Account at any time by emailing: shop@majesticboards.com
3.7 The Service Provider may terminate the Customer Account with 14 days' notice for justified reasons.
3.8 For placing an Order, the Customer must provide Personal Data marked as mandatory, including address, invoice, and payment data.
3.9 The Order Service is a one-time service that begins when the "continue without registration" button is clicked and ends when the Order is completed or abandoned.
3.10 The Shopping Cart is a session-based service that remembers selected Goods even after logout but does not guarantee reservation.

 


 

4. Placing an Order and Concluding a Sales Contract

4.1 The Store offers Goods for sale via the Internet.
4.2 Product information, such as prices and descriptions, constitutes an invitation to submit an offer.
4.3 Orders can be placed electronically 24/7.
4.4 To place an order, the Customer selects Goods, provides necessary data, selects delivery and payment method, and accepts the TCU.
4.5 By placing an order, the Customer submits an offer to enter into a Sales Contract with the Seller.
4.6 The Sales Contract is concluded when the Customer receives the email: “The Order has been forwarded for execution.”
4.7 The Sales Contract is concluded directly between the Customer and Dongguan RuiLing Tech Co., Ltd.
4.8 Majestic Boards acts as a commercial and technical representative of the Seller, operating the Store and handling customer communication, order processing, and warranty claims on behalf of the Seller.
4.9 Orders are visible in the order history (for registered Customers).
4.10 Orders can be modified or canceled before processing begins by contacting Store support.

 


 

5. Technical Requirements

5.1 To use the Store, the Customer’s device must meet the following requirements:

  • Internet-enabled computer or mobile device

  • Updated browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) with JavaScript and cookies enabled

  • Active email address

 


 

6. Customer Obligations

6.1 The Customer shall use the Store in accordance with applicable law and these TCU. It is prohibited to:

  • Provide unlawful content

  • Interfere with Store operations

  • Provide false data or impersonate others

 


 

7. Complaints

7.1 Complaints can be submitted to:

7.2 Complaints will be resolved within 14 days via the communication method indicated by the Customer.

 


 

8. Personal Data

8.1 The Service Provider processes Personal Data in accordance with the GDPR and UŚUDE. Full details are available in the Privacy Policy.
8.2 The Service Provider applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data.
8.3 Providing Personal Data is voluntary but necessary for service fulfillment.
8.4 Data may be shared with the Seller solely to fulfill the Order or provide warranty service.

 


 

9. Final Provisions

9.1 Order confirmation and receipt or invoice are sent to the Customer's email and/or delivered with the shipment.
9.2 The TCU is always available on the Store’s website and can be downloaded or printed.
9.3 Any matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code and Consumer Rights Act.
9.4 The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the TCU. Changes take effect no earlier than 14 days after publication.

 


 

Attachment No. 1 – Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

Consequences:
We will reimburse your payment within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notice.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Note: Majestic Boards coordinates the withdrawal process as the authorized representative of the Seller.
