The first day of spring is behind us and more and more often you will be able to observe people moving on bicycles, scooters, all kinds of boards and other such transports requiring physical effort from us. For some time, it’s not surprising us, also the view of a person who is riding a bicycle without pedaling, or moving on a board without pushing back. Only a few years ago, a boy riding an electric vehicle would catch everyone’s attention, so now nobody is surprised by such a view, and even becomes everyday life. More and more people are abandoning the idea of everyday driving a car or public transport in favor of, for example, an electric board. Why is this happening?
Let us assume that we have just turned 18, we want to make a driving license as soon as possible, but what then? We will spend about 5-8 thousand on a used car, because as you know at the beginning when there is no proper experience behind the wheel it will not be a shame to bruise it. In addition, there are fees every year, gasoline, oil or gas are not cheap. If we do not travel more than to school and back, it will not be cheaper than PLN 400-500 a month. But the spring is shining the sun, until you regret to sweat in the old golf. There is an alternative in the form of an electric longboard. It does not require any effort from us, and for that we will have fun while riding on it. You buy once and only additional fees that are associated with it are gently increased electricity bills (well, unless you load it at work / college / school), or a container of grease that will last for several nice years. Is not this a much better option than standing in traffic jams? I gave an example of a young man just before graduation, but it really applies to everyone. It is much better to save the saved money from a monthly ticket or fuel, for example, for your dream vacation, especially as now when the weather encourages it.
- Time saved.
I know from experience that in many cases we are able to get to the destination much faster on the electric longboard instead of a car or public transport. How does it happend? We avoid plugs. If you live in a big city, you know how much time you waste in traffic jams. If you are riding a bike path or a sidewalk you gain a lot of time. You can also feel this satisfaction when you are driving between cars in which nervous people sit and look with envy as the wind blows your hair away. They know that they have made a mistake and they certainly regret that it is not them that are swimming through the city.
- Good fun.
“In every adult, a child is sleeping.” I think we can all be signed. Just like we all prefer to play from everyday duties. What if it was possible to combine fun and duties? Well, you can partly. Whoever went on an electrician knows that it is really great fun, so why not play every day? If some of you are playing “hugging” strangers on the bus, I do not have a problem, but I think that most of us would prefer the wind in our hair to hug and squeeze. Instead of starting a combustion engine in the car, you can run a quiet and eco-friendly electric motor. It seems to me that balancing the body on a bamboo platform is a much more interesting activity than boring sitting in one position while traveling by car or bus.
Each of us is free and takes responsibility for making decisions. However, you should ask yourself what is better for us and what is more profitable for us? Think and answer this question yourself.
